​I enjoy a good book. I spend a lot of my free time glued to my kindle or stuck in a paperback. I’m an eclectic reader and like to swap it around. For example if I’ve just finished a horror, I’ll be looking for something in a different genre; unless it’s a series and then I’m a binge reader of that series.  One stop on my search is my ‘go-to-authors’ list.  These are books from series’ where I’ve read all the previous books and I am desperately waiting for the next to be published, or books

    Debra Parmley is a multi-genre, hybrid author who has been traditionally and Indie published and now has her own boutique press, Belo Dia Publishing Incorporated. Belo Dia is “Beautiful day,” in Portuguese. Born in Columbus, Ohio and adopted at the age of one year, she was raised in Springfield, Ohio. She has lived just outside Memphis, TN since 1997. Debra attended Marywood University in Scranton, PA. She has a library of her books that is about 20+ and counting.

    Phoebe Darqueling is the pen name of a globe-trotting vagabond who currently hangs her hat in Freiburg, Germany. In her “real life” she writes curriculum for a creativity competition for kids. She loves all things Steampunk and writes about her obsession on SteampunkJournal.org.     My process
    So I like these types of posts because I think it can be so helpful for other creatives to try out new ways to create. I know that I had to leave my comfort zone when I got really serious about writing in order to actually finish a story. So today, I’ll be sharing a bit about my personal writing process and the journey I’ve taken to get there.
